Stuffed Pepper Halves with Omelet

●4 bell peppers
●2 eggs, beaten
●1 oz Mozzarella, shredded
●¼ teaspoon chili powder
●1 cup water, for cooking

Cut the bell peppers into halves and remove the seeds. Then in the mixing bowl combine together eggs, chili powder, and Mozzarella cheese. Pour water in the instant pot and insert the steamer rack. Pour egg mixture in every pepper half and transfer the vegetables in the instant pot. Cook the meal for 6 minutes on low pressure.
