Paprika Mushrooms

Servings: 4

and ½ pound white mushrooms, sliced
A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 cup veggie stock
1 tablespoon dill, chopped
1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon avocado oil

Set your instant pot on sauté mode, add the oil, heat it up, add the mushrooms and sauté them for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, put the lid on and cook on High for 10 minutes. Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, divide the mix between plates and serve.
