Paprika Eggs in Pepper Holes

Ingredients:
●2 bell pepper
●4 eggs
●4 Cheddar cheese sliced
●½ teaspoon salt
●1 teaspoon olive oil
●1 cup water, for cooking

Directions:
Slice the bell pepper into the rings. Then pour water in the instant pot and insert the steamer rack. Brush the instant pot pan with olive oil and insert the pepper rings inside. Crack the eggs in the pepper rings. Then sprinkle every eg with salt and top with cheese slice. Place the instant pot pan in the instant pot. Cook breakfast for 5 minutes on low pressure.
