Meat Muffins with Quail Eggs

●4 quail eggs
●1 cup ground pork
●¼ cup onion, diced
●1 teaspoon garlic, diced
●½ teaspoon salt
●½ teaspoon chili flakes
●½ teaspoon ground turmeric
●1 teaspoon dried dill
●2 tablespoons coconut flour
●1 tablespoon ketchup
●1 teaspoon olive oil
●1 cup water, for cooking

In the mixing bowl combine together ground pork, onion, garlic, salt, chili flakes, ground turmeric, dried dill, coconut flour, and ketchup. Then brush the muffin molds with olive oil gently. Fill every muffin mold with ground meat mixture and flatten the surface of prepared muffins well. Then pour water in the instant pot and insert the steamer rack. Arrange the muffins on the rack and close the lid. Cook the meat muffins for 20 minutes on Manual mode (high pressure). Then make a quick pressure release and open the lid. Crac the quail eggs on the surface of every muffin and close the lid. Cook the meal for 2 minutes more on Manual mode (high pressure). Use the quick pressure release.
