Mashed Cauliflower

●1 cup cauliflower, chopped
●¼ teaspoon salt
●1 tablespoon butter
●1 cup water, for cooking

Pour water and insert the steamer rack in the instant pot. Place the chopped cauliflower on the rack and close the lid. Cook the vegetables for 4 minutes on Steam mode. When the time is over, make a quick pressure release. Transfer the cooked cauliflower in the bowl. Add butter and salt. With the help of the potato masher mash the vegetables until smooth. Add ¼ cup of water from the instant pot. If the mash is not soft enough – add more water. Mix up the mashed cauliflower well.
