Mashed Brussel Sprouts

●2 cups Brussel sprouts
●½ teaspoon onion powder
●¼ cup heavy cream, hot
●¼ teaspoon salt
●1 cup water, for cooking

Pour water and insert the steamer rack in the instant pot. Place the Brussel sprouts in the rack and cook it on manual mode (high pressure) for 5 minutes. When the time is over, make a quick pressure release. Transfer the cooked vegetables in the food processor. Add cream, salt, and onion powder. Blend the mixture until is smooth. Put the cooked mashed Brussel sprouts in the bowls. It is recommended to serve the side dish warm or hot.
