Fried Cauliflower Slices

●9 oz cauliflower head, trimmed
●1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
●½ teaspoon ground paprika
●½ teaspoon ground turmeric
●½ teaspoon dried oregano
●1 tablespoon lemon juice
●1 tablespoon avocado oil
●¼ teaspoon minced garlic
●1 tablespoon heavy cream
●1 cup water, for cooking

Slice the cauliflower into the steaks. Then pour water in the instant pot. Insert the steamer rack. Place the cauliflower steaks on the rack and close the lid. Cook the vegetables on manual mode (high pressure) for 2 minutes. Then make a quick pressure release. Remove the cauliflower steaks and clean the instant pot. In the shallow bowl combine together ground nutmeg, paprika, turmeric, oregano, lemon juice, avocado oil, minced garlic, and heavy cream. Carefully brush the cauliflower slices with spice mixture from both side and place in the instant pot in one layer. Cook the cauliflower on sauté mode for 1 minute from each side or until it light brown. Repeat the same steps with remaining cauliflower slices.
