Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients:
●2 eggs, beaten
●1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
●1 teaspoon vanilla extract
●1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
●1 teaspoon baking powder
●1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
●1 tablespoon Erythritol
●1 tablespoon sesame oil
●1 cup almond flour
●¼ cup cream

Directions:
In the big bowl mix up together eggs, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, baking powder, and cream. Then add matcha green tea powder, ground cinnamon, Erythritol, and almond flour. Whisk the liquid until smooth. Brush the instant pot bowl with ½ tablespoon of sesame oil and pour the 1/3 part of all liquid inside. Cook it for 15 minutes on Manual mode (low pressure). Cook the pancake for an additional 5 minutes for the golden-brown crust. Repeat the same steps with the remaining batter. In the end, you should get 3 pancakes.
