Beef Cabbage Soup

●1 cup white cabbage, shredded
●½ cup kale, chopped
●11 oz beef sirloin, chopped
●½ teaspoon salt
●1 teaspoon dried basil
●½ teaspoon fennel seeds
●½ teaspoon ground black pepper
●1 garlic clove, diced
●1 teaspoon almond butter
●5 cups of water

Put almond butter in the instant pot and melt it on sauté mode. Add white cabbage and diced garlic. Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes. Stir them occasionally. Then add chopped beef sirloin, fennel seeds, ground black pepper, salt, and stir well. Add basil and water. Then add kale and close the lid. Cook the soup on Manual mode (high pressure) for 5 minutes. Then make a quick pressure release.
