Balsamic Spinach

¼ cup veggie stock
1 and ½ pound baby spinach
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon chives, chopped

In your instant pot, mix the spinach with the stock and the rest of the ingredients, put the lid on and cook on High for 7 minutes. Release the pressure fast for 5 minutes, divide the mix between plates and serve.
