Bacon Chowder

●1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
●½ cup heavy cream
●4 oz bacon, chopped, cooked
●1 teaspoon dried dill
●½ teaspoon salt
●4 chicken thighs, skinless, boneless, chopped
●½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
●½ teaspoon ground thyme
●1 teaspoon coconut oil
●1 teaspoon minced garlic
●4 cups of water
●½ cup mushrooms, chopped

Put coconut oil in the instant pot and melt it on sauté mode. Then add chopped chicken thighs, salt, dill, cayenne pepper, and ground thyme. Stir the chicken well and sauté for 5 minutes. After this, add minced garlic and chopped mushrooms. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes more. Then add heavy cream and water. Then add chopped spinach and bacon. Close the lid and cook the chowder on Manual mode (high pressure) for 10 minutes. Then make a quick pressure release and open the lid. Cool the chowder for 10-15 minutes before serving.
