Asian Style Zucchini Soup

●½ teaspoon minced ginger
●¼ teaspoon minced garlic
●1 teaspoon coconut oil
●10 oz beef sirloin steak, chopped
●½ cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
●4 cups chicken broth
●½ teaspoon salt
●1 zucchini, trimmed
●1 teaspoon chives, chopped

Heat up instant pot on sauté mode. Toss coconut oil and melt it. Then add minced ginger and minced garlic. Stir well and add chopped steak. Sauté the mixture for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, with the help of the spiralizer make the zucchini noodles. Add mushrooms in the beef mixture. Then sprinkle it with salt. Add chicken broth and cook the soup on Manual mode (high pressure) for 12 minutes. Then make a quick pressure release and open the lid. Add spiralized noodles and stir the soup. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Top the cooked soup with chives.
