Preparation time: 10 minutesCooking time: 20 minutesServings: 4 Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 spring onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 pound pork meat, ground 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning 2 tablespoons veggie stock 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped Directions: Set your instant pot on sauté mode, add the oil, heat it up, add the onion and the garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the meat and brown it for 3 minutes more. Add the rest of the ingredients, put the lid on and cook on High for 15 minutes more. Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, divide the hash between plates and serve for breakfast.
